Objectives: Administration and Account Management

The objectives of the Administrative and Account Management Division are as follows:

  1. To ensure the implementation of the state general orders 2008 and instruction service circulars (both federal and state).
  2. To ensure that expenditures are made in accordance with Treasury Instructions, the Financial Procedure Act, and the Circular of the State Ministry of Finance and Treasury Department. 
  3. To manage the storage and handling of records.
