OBJECTIVE
To ensure that the systems of procurement and public property are implemented efficiently, oderly, and effectively based on government policies and regulations.
This division also sets short-term objectives in each unit as follows:
(a) PUKONSA Unit
A letter of registration for a PUKONSA License will be issued to the customer within 10 working days after approval by the PUKONSA committee board.
A registration certificate will be issued to clients within 14 working days from the date of receipt of payment from clients.
(b) Procurement Unit
Successful tenderer will be notified 7 working days after receiving approval from the
Permanent Secretary.
Decisions of procurement exemption will be conveyed to the client within 7 working days after receiving approval from the Permanent Secretary.
(c ) Vehicle Unit
The purchase of additional and/or substitute vehicles from the MOF will be issued (7) seven days upon approval from the Permanent Secretary of the Finance Ministry.
The purchase of government vehicles confirmed as excess vehicles by state government employees, individuals, or companies will be issued within seven (7) working days upon approval from the Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Finance Ministry.
(d) Government Property Unit
Decisions to dispose government property through appointment by the Board of Survey and to write-off losses are conveyed to clients within seven (7) working days upon approval by the Permanent Secretary of the Finance Ministry.
Ensure that the Board of Survey reports are conveyed to the client department within seven (7) days upon verification by the Under Secretary of the Public Property and Procurement Division.
