Client’s Charter
We promise to;
Prepare the first draft of the annual budget to the State Cabinet fourteen (14) working days before the State Assembly
Deliver Establishment Warrant within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the documents signed by the Minister of Finance;
Deliver results for virement to state ministries and departments within a period of ten (10) working days
Deliver results for financial assistance to non-governmental organizations, religious organisations and government assisted schools every one (1) times a year;
Deliver the results of the application of advances under the AP54 within twenty-one (21) days;
Deliver the following results: –
Government housing loan application within five (5) working days after the application is received from the State Treasury Department;
Office space rental applications within twenty-one (21) working days.
Ensure that audit reports will be presented to the client within one (1) month after the audit process;
Deliver the authorization letter of Goods Trade Exchange (Barter Trade) three (3) working days after the decision from the Minister of Finance is received;
Deliver results for the appointment of consultants within seven (7) working days after consideration;
Provide general and financial information of public agencies as well as state investments within seven (7) working days;
Communicate the results of the investment proposals from public agencies within fourteen (14) working days;
Convey decisions of government procurement within five (5) working days after consideration;
Deliver Contractor Registration Certificate within ten (10) working days after consideration; and
Deliver results to write off loss and disposal within five (5) working days after consideration.
